Step 1 - Registration
Our online registration form is comprehensive and includes medical information. Please gather information and be prepared to answer questions on health history and health insurance coverage.

Also use this form for children of volunteers (Tags).
Step 2 - Payment
$175 - standard camper fee
$125 - children of volunteers and PAints
$ 100 - Girl Leadership Team (PA and VIT)

OTC Medication form
Prescription Medication form. (Applicable to some Campers)
In order to dispense prescription medication during camp, we must have Part 2 (found on page 3) of the Girl Scouts of Western Washington Girl Permissions and Health History Form on file. If we do not have this form on file, your Camper is welcome to attend camp, and we not be able to dispense their medications.
