Our basic needs for a camp site are:
* minimun of 1 acre - preferable 1.5 acres
* access to potable water
* ability to stay pitched (i.e. not take everything down each evening, we would like a secure site where our tents and supplies are safe over night)
* parking for 20 cars
* port-a-potty space or access to bathrooms
* exclusive use of the space (i.e. general public would not be walking through the middle of our camp)
